Chris joined The Union Street Partners in February of 2022 as a Junior Analyst. Chris manages distribution and marketing for the firm and assists the portfolio managers cover current investments.  Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland where he was also a member of the varsity golf team.

Michelle has worked with Union Street Partners, LLC since inception and manages the firm’s bookkeeping and business management matters.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College.

Bernie is a founding partner of Union Street Partners, LLC and serves as Union Street Partners’ Chief Investment Officer.  Bernie also serves as the Chief Investment Officer of McGinn Investment Management, Inc., the sub-advisor to the Union Street Partners Value Fund.

Bernie earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland.  Bernie is a CFA® charterholder.

McCoy is a portfolio manager for the Union Street Partners Value Fund.  McCoy has worked with the Fund since its inception in 2010 as an analyst and is a Partner at McGinn Investment Management, Inc., the fund’s sub-advisor.

McCoy earned his MBA from the George Washington School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.  McCoy is a CFA® charterholder.

Alicia has worked with Union Street Partners, LLC since inception and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Partner of McGinn Investment Management, Inc., the Fund’s sub-adviser.

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from James Madison University.

Elli is Executive Assistant to Shawn McLaughlin.

Elli earned a Master of Arts in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University.

Shawn is a founding partner of Union Street Partners, LLC and an experienced financial services executive.  Shawn serves as Chief Executive Officer to Union Street Partners, LLC and manages business operations and strategic growth planning for the fund.

Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and remains active with the school serving as an elected Governor of the Georgetown University Alumni Association.
